1、Description for 3 in 1
3 in 1 machine , one machine has three functions.
Firstly, Manual LCD separator. Put the broken part on the machine, fasten the broken part， when the temperature is up to 80 degree ,use a steel wireless and start to separate the front panel glass from touch screen and LCD with your hand, take out the broken part;
Secondly, Glue remover. Put the separated touch screen on the machine ,make alignment ,when the temperature is up to 200 or 220 degree, press down the upper handle , the blade will start to wipe the glue on the touch screen .Please notice that , the cable on the touch screen can not be touched by the blade ,otherwise it will be damaged .
Thirdly, Bezel frame laminator. This function only being used when repair iphones, put the bezel frame on the screen and put them together in the customized mold,make perfect alignment, when the temperature is up to 170 degree ,put the mold on the device and press the handle down for 3–5 seconds
2、Description for 2 in 1
2 in 1 machine , one machine has two functions. It can be used as OCA vacuum laminator + bubble remover.
Firstly, use a mold and put the front panel glass together with the touch screen part and make alignment manually.
Secondly, put the whole part into the machine, close the door, make sure it has been closed tightly.
Thirdly, push the green button, wait for around 5 minutes.
Finally, push the red button and open the door, you will find lamination and remove bubble both done.
Attention please, the pressure of lamination is 0.2Mpa, the pressure of bubble removing is 0.4-0.6Mpa,the temperature of lamination is 35-40 degree. Moreover, time for bubble removing is around 5 minutes.Please adjust the pressure and time of the machine accordingly.
