Brief Introduction for the device:
OCA Vacuum Laminator:
1, Power button When you meet emergencies ,please shut down the buttom immediately and open vacuum chamber
2, Power on button Press these 2 buttons at the same time ,the vacuum chamber will press down and close ,the device start working then
3, Vacuum chamber regulator adjust the speed and pressure of the vacuum chamber when it press up and down
4, Vacuum time adjust the time of vacuum releasing out
5,Lamination time adjust time of Gasbag lamination
6,Exhaust time adjust the time of exhausting air for vacuum chamber
7, Vacuum suction tube The blue color is to connect with the Inspiratory port of vacuum pump
8, High pressure trachea The white color one is to connect with vacuum Compressor suction tube
Bubble Remover :
1,Remove Polarizer ,OCA glue and any Bubbles exist when lamination .
2,Compace and reasonable structure ,only need a small area
3,Reliable and interlocking safety protection, discharge automatically after removing bubble
4,Tempature ,working time and pressure are adjustable
